想起来看这个影片的起因是和一个准备在漂亮国长期发展的朋友聊天，她年初的时候开始备孕，我一直在等待喜讯。但是最近看到superme court又要旧事重提讨论是否要推翻合法堕胎的法律，强烈的不确定性让她暂时搁置了怀孕计划。
pro-life（反对任何形式的堕胎）和pro-choice（支持自主选择堕胎）的战场上没有多少讨论后续具体执行和保障的声音，混乱善良和守序邪恶的阵营都只接纳100%的归顺。结果就是最核心的当事人，即女性（无论有无生育意愿）退出生育议题，放弃生育权力，“我两个都不选”。
盐碱地开不出花
My stand for the abortion issue is quite clear: pro-choice (and so as the filmmaker). I don’t understand the logic behind those pro life people- why they are prioritising the life of unborn babies than those that the babies are completely dependent to.
上月末，美国联邦最高法院以6-3的优势比例推翻了罗案，这个在米国吵嚷了半个世纪的案子终于画上了句号。
看到网上争议两方各执一词，找来这部片子想了解下情况。虽然名为《推翻。。。》，从名字上看以为是站pro-life的一方，其实不然。片子从头到尾都带着pro- choice的立场，还暗戳戳地讲：这是一场阴谋，是政客的游戏，民众都被操纵了。。。
此片没有呈现但我个人认为非常重要的观点有：
（1）推翻罗案关注的不是女性或女性的堕胎权，而是联邦最高法院的权力！要把之前越俎代庖的立法权力还给各州

It is supreme court decisions that have brought upon us forced busing and put our children on buses and send them across town to some school that their parents don’t want him to go to.
It is supreme court decisions that have unleashed the pornography that has invaded our newsstands and our television.
